Q: Where are the products made and where are they from?

A: The majority of our products are made in Nepal and India, however we do have few items from Thailand, and Bali. Our items are also hand made, and many are adjustable but few are not hand made.

Q: How is shipping handled? Is it fast and reliable?

A: Packaging is carefully done by hand to insure no defect goes unnoticed, afterwords it is shipped at an incredibly reliable and fast speed due to our primary shipper USPS. 

Q: What is the return policy?

A: You can return a product for a full refund after two weeks of receiving the product, however the customer must pay for return shipping. Refund is only issued if there are no damages on product.
