LEARN MORE
1. Water Buffalo Bone
Tibetan nomadic life is hard, and in the cold, there is little to eat. Water buffalo is a main staple of the Tibetan diet and when an animal is used for food nothing is wasted.
2. Impermanence
Bone jewelry is usually worn to remind yourself of the impermanence of life. In Buddhism, it is believed that attachment is the root of all suffering. And since nothing in life is permanent, being aware of the fact will reduce suffering and even will help one to enjoy the present moments and relationships.
