We ship the items within 1-2 days of the order. Generally you should receive the product within a week.
International shipping options:
International First Class
All of our orders ship from inside of the U.S. We ship to every continent. Our standard International shipping is via USPS Air mail. Your order can be upgraded to Global Priority or Global Express for an additional fee. Packages weighing over one U.S. pound may require additional shipping. If additional shipping rates are required we will send you an email quote for your approval prior to shipping. Please be sure to include a valid email address with your order. Most international packages ship within 2-3 business days.
Standard air mail to most European addresses takes approximately 18-20 business days. All other destinations take between 20-30 business days. It may be necessary to contact your local Post Office for package delivery information if you have not received international deliveries before. Some packages require signature release from Customs.
Additional delivery delays can occur pending in-country Customs inspections and security warnings. We do our best to complete International Customs forms accurately and legally with consideration for the recipient. Gifts will be labeled as such and are often not subject to import duties. Addressee is responsible for all duties and import regulations. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import laws and regulations prior to importing items (there are often restrictions on jewelry or unusual materials).
If you are awaiting delivery of an international package and delivery seems delayed please contact your local postal office. Most often packages are awaiting signature release at a local postal office and the addressee was not properly notified.

We ship all packages through the U.S. POSTAL SERVICE. Rates in USD. Please use our rate calculator on the shopping cart page for your order's actual shipping cost.
Usually shipping is under $5 unless it is an unusually heavy item.
Priority and Express Mail is also available on all orders.
We Accept Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, mail-in checks, money orders, and Paypal.
Please use our up-to-date, 100% Secure Server for all orders. Check-payment orders will receive a confirmation number and mailing instructions. Be sure to include your order number with any check payment or correspondence.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES or IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER:
We understand how difficult is can be to choose personal items online. You are welcome to return any item within 60 days of delivery for a refund to your original method of payment. Any purchases outside of 60 days, know that we are happy to assist with an exchange.Refunds do not include shipping cost. Please give us an opportunity to serve you better! Too often, I hear stories from friends and neighbors about a disappointing service experience they had in which they never followed up to let the business owner/manager know where they could have improved. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (10-14 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We also offer restringing services. The artisan made nature of our designs means we may not have all of the materials needed for restringing, but please reach out to us first, and know we are happy to help in anyway we can. Over time and with use, every mala will need maintenance and repairs. We can help do the work for you, with you, or provide some of the supplies or know-how.
